CITY CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-135 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> SIGN CLEAN WATER GRANT REQUESTS. <br />WHEREAS, on October 13, 1975, the City Council in Resolution <br /> NO. 75-225, appointed Alan Campbell the authorized <br /> signature of all Clean Water Grant documents; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 28, 1980, Alan Campbell resigned his post <br /> as the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since his departure the City has been unable to <br /> request additional grant funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of insuring the con- <br /> tinuity in receipt of Clean Water Grant funds. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute and file <br /> all Clean Water Grant requests and/or documents on behalf <br /> of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2. In the City Manager's absence, the City Council hereby <br /> authorizes the Director of Finance to execute and file <br /> all Clean Water Grant requests and/or documents on behalf <br /> of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3.
