CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-130 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE APPROPRIATIONS SUBJECT TO LIMiTATiON' <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980-81 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Article XIII B of the State of California Constitution <br />requires that each year the governing body of each local <br />agency establish its appropriation limit for the follow- <br />ing year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 13, 1980, the City Council received <br />and reviewed a report from the Director of Finance dated <br />May 8, 1980, regarding the approval of an ~a ropriations <br />limit for 1980-81 as required by Article XI{{ B; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the appropriations subject to limitation for <br /> 1980-81, pursuant to Staff Report SR80:125, dated May 8, <br /> 1980, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. <br /> <br />Section 2o Adopts the appropriation limit for fiscal year 1980-81 <br /> of $7,984,544.00. <br /> <br />Section 3.
