CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-124 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPEAL OF BAY HERITAGE FINANCIAL <br />CORPORATION OF CERTAIN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL ATTACHED TO <br />CASE Z-80-43 BY THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Bay Heritage Financial Corporation, applied to the Design <br />Review Board for design review approval of Case Z-80-43; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Design Review Board, at its meeting of April 9, 1980 <br />considered Case Z-80-43 together with Staff Report of <br />April 9, 1980, regarding this matter and approved the <br />design of the project subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br />within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton, Bay Heritage Financial Corporation submitted <br />an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton~ appeal- <br />ing certain conditions of Design Review Board approval; and <br />the City Council at its meeting of May 13, 1980, received <br />a report dated May 6, 1980, from the Director of Planning <br />together with a copy of the Staff Report to the Design <br />Review Board regarding this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on May 13, 1980, the City Council held a public hearing <br />at which time applicant and any other member of the public <br />was offered an opportunity to present evidence regarding <br />this appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon the close of the public hearing, the City Council <br /> deliberated on this appeal; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the appeal of Bay Heritage Financial Corporation <br /> of certain conditions of approval attached to Case Z-80-43 <br /> by the Design Review Board and approves Case Z-80-43 which <br /> pertains to design review of a 72,366 sq.ft. office building <br /> proposed to be constructed at the northeast corner of <br /> Foothill Road and Deodar Way adjacent to the Stoneridge <br /> Shopping Center allowing 24 feet wide parking aisles. <br /> <br />Section 2.
