CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-123 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION REGARDING THE APPEAL OF BAY HERITAGE FINANCIAL CORPORATION OF CER- TAIN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL ATTACHED TO CASE Z-80-43 BY THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of May 13, 1980, received a proposed negative declaration regarding the appeal of Bay Heritage Financial Corporation of certain conditions of approval attached to Case Z-80-43 by the Design Review Board (hereinafter referred to as the Project); and WHEREAS, staff has determined that the proposed appeal is a project for the purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act; and WHEREAS, an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66 was prepared for the Project; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of May 13, 1980, also received that Initial Study dated May 4, 1980; and WHEREAS, each member of the City Council had a copy of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed Negative Declaration and Initial Study; and WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment, which had been published in the Pleasanton Times, a newspaper of general circulation; and WHEREAS, the City Council is aware of the provisions of the City's Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation of projects and the preparation of Environmental Impact Report as they pertain to requirements for Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council determines that the proposed Project would not have any significant adverse effect on the environment and therefore no Environmental Impact Report shall be prepared. ///
