~E~AS, <br /> <br />~E~AS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />~E~AS, <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-121 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING NO PROTESTS AND ORDERING THE <br />ANNEXATION OF ANNEXATION NO. 78 (FROMM) <br /> <br />on September 11, 1979, by Resolution No. 79-166, the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton made application to the <br />Local Agency Formation Commission of Alameda County (LAFCO) <br />requesting initiation of proceedings to annex that certain <br />uninhabited territory designated as Annexation No. 78, <br />which territory is more specifically described in Exhibit <br />A, attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference; <br />and <br /> <br />the City Council on March 11, 1980, adopted Resolution No. <br />80-54 setting April 22, 1980, at 8:00 p.m. in the Council <br />Chambers at the Fairgrounds Cafeteria as the date, time <br />and place for a public hearing on the Annexation; and <br /> <br />on April 22, 1980, the public hearing regarding Annexation <br />78 was opened and continued to May 13, 1980; and <br /> <br />on May 13, 1980, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />conducted a public hearing, and heard all protest or objec- <br />tions to the proposed annexation, and less than 50 percent <br />of the total assessed value of land and improvements within <br />the territory objected to the annexation; and <br /> <br />LAFCO found that the City of Pleasanton has completed all <br />applicable environmental reviews and that the annexation <br />to the City of Pleasanton is required to obtain the full <br />range of municipal services necessary for the development <br />of the privately owned property within the boundaries Of <br />said territory; and <br /> <br />on the basis of such findings and by Resolution No. 80-6, <br />LAFCO conditionally approved said application on February <br />21, 1980 and, upon satisfaction of said conditions, author- <br />ized the City to proceed with the annexation of said ter- <br />ritory. A copy of said resolution setting forth the condi- <br />tions of approval is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk and is hereby referred to for further particulars; <br />and <br /> <br />the conditions imposed by the aforesaid LAFCO Resolution <br />No. 80-6 have been fully satisfied, or will be satisfied; <br /> <br /> <br />
