CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-155 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEmeNT <br />PLANS FOR UNIT #1, TRACT 4239 (TWELVE OAKES), JOSEPH E. <br />BOATRIGHT AND RAYMOND H. GOODRICH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for Unit #1 <br />of Tract 4239 (Twelve Oakes), Joseph Eo Boatright and <br />Raymond H. Goodrich~ have been submitted and checked by <br />the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, <br />bonds and agreements received by the Acting City Engineer; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by City Council <br /> at their meeting of June 10, 1980; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Unit #1 of Tract 4239, Twelve Oakes, Joseph E. Boatright <br /> and Raymond H. Goodrich, are hereby approved and accepted <br /> and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JUNE 10, 1980, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~~, <br /> <br /> mes R.
