CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-153 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 3889, MISSION <br />PARK, UNIT NO. 6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for Tract 3889, <br />Mission Park, Unit No. 6, has been completed and a mainte- <br />nance bond has been filed; and <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been recommended <br />by the Director of Engineering Services in his report to the <br />City Council dated June 3, 1980; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the public improvements installed in Tract No. 3889, <br /> Mission Park, Unit No. 6, are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Attorney's office is directed to file a Notice <br /> of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
