CITY CO~NCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-152 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 13 <br />TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 FOR <br />FEDERAL AID IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement for <br />the Federal-Aid Program with the State of California on <br />September 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal Highway Safety <br />Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of June 10, 1980 received <br />a report dated June 2, 1980, from the Director of Engineering <br />Services together with attachments for approval of Program <br />Supplement No. 13 for the installation of automatic gates at <br />Bernal Avenue at Western Pacific Railroad. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the execution by the City Manager subject to <br /> approval by the City Attorney of Supplement No. 13 to Local <br /> Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid Improvements <br /> under the Federal Highway Safety Act. <br /> <br />Section 2.
