CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-179 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT WITH <br />LYLE D. STEARNS REGARDING THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3545 <br />VINE STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of July 8, 1980, received <br />a report from the Director of Engineering Services, dated <br />July 1, 1980, regarding a pre-annexation agreement with <br />Lyle D. Stearns for his property located at 3545 Vine <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved the sewer allo- <br /> cation for this property by Resolution No. 80-108; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all necessary fees applicable to this pre-annexation <br /> agreement have been received; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the City Council approves the pre-annexation <br /> agreement with Lyle D. Stearns regarding his property <br /> located at 3545 Vine Street. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement for this <br /> pre-annexation. <br /> <br />Section 3.
