CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-178 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEMENT <br />PLANS FOR TRACT 4549, (WELLINGTON CONDOMINIOnS), MORRISON <br />HOMES CORPORATION <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract <br />4549, (Wellington Condominiums), Morrision Homes Corpora- <br />tion, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering <br />staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agree- <br />ments received by the Director of Engineering; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at their meeting of Julyl8, 1980; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY,OF.'PtE~ANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Corporation, are hereby approved and accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take what- <br /> ever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2.
