CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-166 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM FOR 1980-81 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager presented to the City Council a Proposed <br /> Capital Improvement Program for fiscal year 1980-81;and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />meetings were held on June 2, 3 and 9, 1980 where the <br />Proposed Capital Improvement Program was reviewed and <br />Public Hearings were held to afford the public the <br />opportunity to speak; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />after review and discussion in the public hearings, <br />Council approved certain changes in the Capital Improve- <br />ment Program as set forth in a report to the City Council <br />reviewed by them at their meeting on June 24, 1980; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves and adopts the 1980-81 Capital Improvement <br /> Program for fiscal year 1980-81, including the changes <br /> set forth in the report of the City Manager dated <br /> June 18, 1980 and with modification relative to the <br /> five year lease purchase of the Elevated Stream Fire <br /> Apparatus, which was awarded by Resolution 80-163. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED ON JUNE 24, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />~ W~lker, ~'~y~Clerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />i City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
