The changes are <br />summarized below by major kind of projects: <br /> <br />Street Projects: <br />A major change in the funding of the West Las Positas Overcrossing <br />was discussed that would allow the City to complete Peters Avenue <br />to Bernal Avenue in 1980-81.. Since West Las Positas is not scheduled <br />to begin construction until late 1981-82 the funds now on reserve <br />($361~000) Will not be needed until 1982--83, therefore, the Gas Tax <br />revenues projected for 1981-82, and 1982-83 planned for Peters Avenue <br />will provide the funds when needed for West Las Positas. The advantage <br />of this change allows completion of Peters Avenue at an earlier date <br />at current costs without affecting the West Las Positas Overcrossing. <br />The change also would allow a major repair project on Sunel Boulevard <br /> <br /> <br />
