CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-162 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO <br />MANUEL C. JARDIM, INC. FOR WORK ON PROJECT NO. 79-16, <br />CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT SEWER REPLACEMENT, PHASE I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 24, 1980, Council received a report <br />from the Director of Engineering Services dated June 17, <br />1980, indicating work by Manuel C. Jardim, Inc. on Project <br />No. 79-16, Central Business District Sewer Replacement, <br />Phase I, has progressed satisfactorily to the point at <br />which Final Progress Payment is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $122.84 in favor of Manuel C. <br /> Jardim, Inc. in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment <br /> for the work performed on Project No. 79-16, Central <br /> Business District Sewer Replacement, Phase I. <br /> <br />Section 2.
