CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-161 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF MAY, 1980 IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $926,937.23 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of June 24, 1980, a check <br />register and Financial Report were presented to the City <br />Council signifying expenditures for the month of May, <br />1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks Nos. 027917-028191, 141, <br /> 321, 719-720, 1125 and 1002, dated from May 1, 1980 through <br /> May 31, 1980, in the total amount of $926,937.23, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Financial Report dated May 31, 1980, has been <br /> reviewed and approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
