CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA 'RESOLUTION NO. 80-198 A RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF A PERMIT FOR A HOLDING TANK FOR FRANK AUFDE~MAUR AT 3440 STANLEY BOULEVARD, PLEASANTON WHEREAS, Frank AufderMaur has received sewage service for his facility at 3440 Stanley Boulevard, Pleasanton, from a sewage holding tank; and WHEREAS, said holding tank was approved by the City Council on August 20, 1973 pursuant to Resolution No. 73-140 (A Resolution Establishing a Policy for Holding Tanks in the City of Pleasanton); and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73~140 requires that authorization to continue the use ~f~ .a facility on a holding tank must occur annually; ~nd the cityIcoUndi~ at its meeting of August 12, 1980 receivedla~'report dated July 25, 1980 from the Director of Engineering Services recommending the renewal of a holding tank permit for Frank AufderMaur at 3440 Stanley Boulevard. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Authorizes the extension of the approval for use of a holding tank by Frank AufderMaur at 3440 Stanley Boulevard to August 20, 1981, subject to the original terms and conditions of approval and, in addition, subject to the following conditions: (1) That the holding tank be pumped out (emptied) at least one time every 14 days or in accordance with the current City policy concerning the frequency of pumping. (2) That renewal request, together with appropriate renewal fee, be transmitted to the City at least one month prior to expiration date of August 20, 1981. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 12, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart
