CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-187 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL EXEMPTION FROM <br />THE RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION PROGRAM (RAP) FOR <br />SUBDIVISION TRACT 4373 and 4329. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Residential Allocation Program (RAP) provides <br /> at Section 2-20.21 for special exemptions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Section 2-20.21(b) provides for single family projects <br />containing lots with a minimum of 20,000 sq. ft. are <br />qualified for special exemptions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tracts are each sold for residential <br /> purposes with a minimum of 20,000 sqo ft. lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, they meet all other criteria specified in Section <br /> 2-20.21. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Tract 4373 is hereby granted a special exemption <br /> from the RAP. <br /> <br />Section 2. Tract 4329 is hereby granted a special exemption <br /> from the RAP. <br /> <br />Section 3.
