CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-186 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 3858, <br />COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br />3858, Cormnercial Subdivision, has been completed and a <br />maintenance bond has been filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been recom- <br />mended by the Director of Engineerin- Services in his <br />report to the City Council dated July 15, 1980. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1o That the public improvements installed in Tract No. <br /> 3858, Commercial Subdivision, are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
