CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-184 APPROVING REHABILITATION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PLEASANTON, CITY OF LIVERMORE AND ALAMEDA COUNTY AND AUTHORIZING CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 22, 1980, the City Council received a report dated July 14, 1980 from the Director of Planning and Community Development recommending approval of an agreement between the City of Pleasanton City of Livermore and Alameda County relating to a housing rehabilitation program cooperative agreement; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton will be undertaking a housing rehabilitation program as part of the Housing and Community Development Program, which action was approved by the City Council in November, 1979; and WHEREAS, the cooperative agreement establishes the program as a joint venture among the cities of Pleasanton and Livermore and the unincorporated area of Alameda County; and WHEREAS, the rehabilitation program cannot begin until the cooperative agreement is signed by all three parties. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the contract between the City of Pleasanton, City of Livermore and Alameda County relating to the rehabilitation cooperative agreement. Section 2. Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute the contract. Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
