the program. Said ~¢aluation shall cover both objectives and program <br />of Housing Authority. Housing Authority S~all maintain and retain <br />records with respect to such objectives, program, and evaluations, <br />and shall cooperate with City in making these or any other evaluation <br />reports; Housing Authority shall permit access by City to the premises, <br />shall furnish all information requested by City, and shall afford <br /> <br />City access to all such records of Housing Authority. <br /> <br /> 7. Housing Authority shall not claim reimbursement from <br />City for (or apply sums received from City) with respectto that <br />portion of its obligations which has been paid for by another <br /> <br />source of revenue. <br /> <br /> 8. None of the work to be performed by Housing Authority <br />shall be subcontracted without the prior written consent of City. <br />Housing Authority shall be fully responsible to City for the acts <br />and omissions of any subcontractors, and of persons either directly <br />or indirectly employed by them, as Housing Authority is for the acts <br />and omissions of persons directly employed by Housing Authority. <br />Housing Authority shall not transfer any interest in this contract <br />(whether by assignment or novation) without the prior written <br />approval of City. No party shall, on the basis of this contract, in <br />any way contract on behalf of, or in the name of, the other party <br />to the contract, and any attempted violation of the provisions of <br />'this sentence shall confer no rights, and shall be void. <br /> <br /> 9.
