NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Housing Authority shall submit each proposed <br />Kottinger Place Improvement project to City staff for review. Staff <br />will study said project and will determine whether it meets the <br />eligibility guidelines as described by the Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development. The City shall have the right to deny any <br />project based upon its ineligibility or other suitable reason. <br />Housing Authority will have to comply with this decision. <br /> <br /> 2o City has remaining the sum of $19,176.53 in Housing <br />and Community Development funds to be expended for Kottinger Place <br />Improvements. This amount shall be expended by January 1, 1981. <br />Unless an amendment to this contract otherwise provides, that amount <br />shall in no event be exceeded by Housing Authority, and City shall <br />under no circumstances be required to pay in excess of that amount. <br />Payment shall be made pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth <br />in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference <br />made a part hereof.
