CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-219 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A <br />ZONING CHANGE FOR A 3.2 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE <br />NORTH SIDE OF BLACK AVENUE BETWEEN HARVEST ROAD AND <br />CRESTLINE ROAD FROM RM-4000 (MULTIPLE-RESIDENTIAL) <br />TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of August 26, 1980, <br />received a proposed negative declaration for a zoning <br />change for a 3.2 acre site located on the north side <br />of Black Avenue between Harvest Road and Crestline Road <br />from RM-4000 (Multiple-Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />staff has determined that the proposed zoning change is <br />a project for the purposes of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an Initial Study done pursuant to the Evnironmental Impact <br />Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66 was prepared <br />for the Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of August 26, 1980, also <br /> received that Initial Study dated July 24, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />each member of the City Council had a copy of Resolution <br />No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed Negative <br />Declaration and Initial Study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the <br />proposed environmental assessment, which had been published <br />in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council is aware of the provisions of the City's <br />Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation <br />of projects and the preparation of Environmental Impact <br />Reports as they pertain. to requirements for Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council determined that the proposed zoning <br /> change for a 3.2 acre site located on the north side of <br /> Black Avenue between Harvest Road and Crestline Road from <br /> RM-4000 (Multiple-Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Develop- <br /> ment) would not have any adverse effects on the environment <br /> <br /> <br />
