CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-212 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTHS OF JUNE, <br />1980 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,245,098.00, AND JULY, 1980 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,241,427.18. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of August 26, 1980, check <br />registers and Financial Reports were presented to the <br />City Council signifying expenditures for the months <br />of June and July, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 028192 - 028593, <br /> 142-143, 322-323, 721-724, 1126-1128, dated from June <br /> 1980 to June 30, 1980 and Checks Nos. 028594-028954, <br /> 1003, 1129-1131, 144-145, 324-325, 725-726 dated from <br /> July 10, 1980 to July 30, 1980 in the total amount of <br /> $4,080,619.78 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Reports dated June 30, 1980 and July 31, <br /> 1980, have been reviewed and approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 26, 1980, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> None ~_~1~ <br /> None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />evin~j,~rney <br /> <br /> <br />
