Review existing operation data for the LAVWMA Export System. <br /> <br />2. Determine the most cost effective alternative to increase the <br /> caDacitv of the expQrt system h3 ~.0 MGD <br /> <br />3. Prepare a report of findings and publish 25 copies. <br /> <br />4. Review Environmental Impact Statement prepared for the LAVWMA <br /> export project, meet with all agencies involved, and, if required, <br /> prepare an Environmental Impact Report on the selected project <br /> which will meet CEQA requirements. <br /> <br />TIME FOR COMPLETION: <br />180 calendar days from the date of this Task Order~ if an E.I.R. <br /> <br />is required; 90 calendar days if a full E.I.R. is not required. <br /> <br />FEE FOR SERVICES: <br />Fee Basis: Salary cost times a multiplier of 2.35 plus expenses <br />in accordance with the list of charges attached to the Agreement <br />as Exhibit "B". Not to exceed $28,000 without prior additional <br />authorization. <br />PAYMENT OF FEE: <br /> <br />Payment shall be in accordance with the Agreement between the <br />~'5'fPlea~nton and CH2M HILL dated August 13, 1~'80, and shall <br />be made~monthly based on invoices submitted for work completed. <br /> <br /> Services covered by this authorization shall be performed in accordance with <br /> that AGREEMENT between CLIENT and CH2M HILL dated_ August 13, 1980 <br /> <br /> ~ epted for C~.IL , <br />By <br /> <br />Title esi <br /> V c <br /> <br /> <br />
