CITY"COU~!L OF TI{E CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-208 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY ADDING SECTION 3, SUBSECTION 3e-3 and 3e-4 REGARDING INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS ON ENTRADA COURT AND ENTRADA DRIVE WHEREAS, the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, MEREAS, the City Council has~.Ifrom time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and .L' at th~ 'J~e 18, 1980 Staff Traffic Committee meeting, the representative of the Pleasanton Heights Homeowners Association requested that a stop sign or yield sign be installed on Entrada Drive at its intersection with Neal Street; and WHEREAS, an engineering study was conducted to see if such a stop or yield sign was warranted; and WHEREAS, increasing traffic volumes, physical conditions,and an accident history susceptible to correction by stop signs indicate a need for additional traffic control. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding Subsections 3e-3 and 3e-4 as follows: 3e-3 Entrada Court, at Neal Street; stopping northeast traffic on Entrada Court. 3e-4 Entrada Drive, at Neal Street; stopping southwest traffic on Entrada Drive. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
