CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-202 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING <br />FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (RESOLUTION NO. 77-123) TO <br />DELETE CERTAIN FEES AND ADD CERTAIN FEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal <br />services for which fees and charges have been established <br />and compiled in Resolution No. 77-123; and <br /> <br />it is necessary to amend Section V(Special Permits) <br />deleting the fee for piano playing permit and renumber- <br />ihg the following enumerated items; and <br /> <br />certain services are being provided and fees to cover <br />the cost of these services must be added to the fees <br />and charges resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section V (Special Permits) of the resolution estab- <br /> lishing fees and charges for various municipal services <br /> (Resolution 77-123) is hereby amended by deleting <br /> subsection C (Piano Playing) and renumbering the follow- <br /> ing subsections. <br /> <br />Section 2: Section V (Special Permits) of Resolution 77-123 is <br /> hereby amended by each of the following sections: <br /> <br />F. Alarm Service Permit <br /> <br />1. Alarm Companies (one-time cost) <br /> <br />2. Alarm Connection (per unit) <br /> <br />$48.OO <br />50.OO <br /> <br />I. Reports and Photographs <br /> 1.
