CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-201 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL }~P AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />UNIT 4, TRACT 4571 (OAKHILL), NORTHWOOD HOMES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br />Unit 4 of Tract 4571 (Oakhill), Northwood Homes, Inc. <br />have been submitted and checked by the Engineering <br />staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and <br />agreements received by the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by City <br /> Council at their meeting of August 12, 1980. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Unit 4 of Tract 4571 (Oakhill), Northwood Homes, Inc., <br /> are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 12, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart <br /> <br />By Doris G~e~rge, Deputy City Clerk ~ <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />i City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
