CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-259 APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED AND FILED UNDER PROPOSAL OF CITY ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF CITY STREETS FOR GRAVEL TRUCKS the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided proper p~blic notice of completion of the Draft Environ- mental Impact Report for the proposed ordinance; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on March 11, 1980 and held a public hearing upon the Draft Environmental Impact Report; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons having special expertise with respect to any environ- mental impact involved, and other persons or organizations having an interest in the proposed ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, comments and recommendations received on the Draft Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points raised in the review and consultation process; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of completion of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposed ordinances; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on October 14, 1980 and held a public hearing upon the Final Environmental Impact Report. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report prepared is complete, sufficient, and acceptable for the project proposed. Section 2: Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report for the proposed ordinance has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, and state and city guidelines.
