CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-259 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED AND <br />FILED UNDER PROPOSAL OF CITY ORDINANCE REGULATING THE <br />USE OF CITY STREETS FOR GRAVEL TRUCKS <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided <br />proper p~blic notice of completion of the Draft Environ- <br />mental Impact Report for the proposed ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on <br />March 11, 1980 and held a public hearing upon the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from <br />public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons <br />having special expertise with respect to any environ- <br />mental impact involved, and other persons or organizations <br />having an interest in the proposed ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br />and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />comments and recommendations received on the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br />City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided <br />proper public notice of completion of the Final <br />Environmental Impact Report for the proposed ordinances; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on <br />October 14, 1980 and held a public hearing upon the <br />Final Environmental Impact Report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report <br /> prepared is complete, sufficient, and acceptable for <br /> the project proposed. <br /> <br />Section 2: Council finds that the Environmental Impact Report <br /> for the proposed ordinance has been completed in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality <br /> Act, and state and city guidelines. <br /> <br /> <br />
