CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-258 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING PHILIP COOPER, SHARON KOSCH, <br />AND DORIS SLATER TO THE HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION <br />FOR A TERM EXPIRING ON OCTOBER 22, 1984 <br /> <br />the City Council, by Resolution No. 76-21, adopted on <br />January 26, 1976, authorized the creation of an <br />eight-member Human Services Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of Philip Cooper, Sharon Kosch, and Doris <br /> Slater expire October 22, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has evaluated the qualifications of <br />various individuals who are interested in serving on <br />the Human Services Commission and has determined that <br />it would be desirable to reappoint Philip Cooper, <br />Sharon Kosch and Doris Slater to the Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Reappoints Philip Cooper, Sharon Kosch, and Doris <br />Slater to the Human Services Commission for a four-year <br />term expiring October 22, 1984. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 14, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br />% / ~ ~ ~ MAYOR <br /> es R. ~lker, Ci~Clerk ~ <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> in City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
