CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-255 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 5 "NO STOPPING ZONES" AND SECTION 7 "NO PARKING - REMOVAL ZONES" BY ADDING SUBSECTION 5s-2 REGARDING NO STOPPING ON STANLEY BOULEVARD AND SUBSECTION 7s-1 REGARDING NO PARKING ON STANLEY BOULEVARD. WHEREAS, WHEREAS, the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A ResolUtion Establishing Traffic Regulations forCity.S~reets); and the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, the County of Alameda is eliminating parking on both sides of Stanley Boulevard 1500 feet in both directions of the entrance to Shadow Cliffs Park; and WHEREAS, at the Staff Traffic Committee meeting of September 24, 1980, the following recommendations were made: That a "No Stopping Tow Away" zone be established on the southerly side of Stanley Boulevard from the City limits to First Street. That a "No Parking Tow Away" zone be established on the northerly side of Stanley Boulevard from the City limits to First Street. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding Subsections 5s-2 and 7s-1 as follows: 5s-2 Stanley Boulevard from First Street easterly to the City limits as established by Annexation No. 73 on the southerly side at any time. 7s-1 Stanley Boulevard from First Street easterly to the City limits as established by Annexation No. 73 on the northerly side at any time.
