CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-252 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAFFIRMING SEVENTH YEAR PROJECTS FUNDED <br />WITH FEDERAL HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT <br />FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Planning and Community Development <br />submitted a report dated October 14, 1980 regarding <br />projects proposed to be funded with Federal Housing <br />and Community Development Act Funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, federal regulations require the City to annually review <br /> and approve the three-year project list; and <br /> <br />I~HEREAS, <br /> <br />the City must document that citizens were made aware <br />of the seventh year program, and the ranking and realloca- <br />tion procedures for HCD projects. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: After consideration of the above report and the <br /> needs of the City, the Council reaffirms the two seventh <br /> year (July 1981 through June 1982) programs recommended <br /> by the Staff, which are <br /> <br />Landbanking <br />Rehabilitation <br /> <br />$25,000 <br />75,000 <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 14, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~~.~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />jaTEST: / ~ ' NNETH R.
