CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-251 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND II{PROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4373, FOOTHILL PLACE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br />Tract 4373, Foothill Place, have been submitted and <br />checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary <br />inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by City <br /> Council at their meeting of October 14, 1980. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4373, Foothill Place, are hereby approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 14, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~R. bIER~G~.~~/ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> H ER, MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
