CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-247 RESOLUTION ENDING THE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (RESOLUTION NO. 77-123) TO ADJUST SEWER CONNECTION FEES on September 15,'1980, the City of Pleasanton officially transferred all sewage flow from the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant to the Dublin San Ramon Services District Plant; and WHEREAS, although the City no longer maintains a sewage treat- ment facility, the City is required to pay a sewer connection fee to DSRSD for each connection made to the DSRSD plant; and WHEREAS, sewer related fees are needed for major repairs and replacements to the City sanitary collection system and to pay existing obligations; and WHEREAS, because of a cash flow deficit in the Sewer Improvement Fund and the necessary future repairs and replacements to the City's collection system, a surcharge for each sewer connection is required. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Section IV, Subparagraph B of Resolution No. 77-123 is amended as follows: "B. Sewer Connection Fees Single Family Multiple and Mobile Homes Commercial, Industrial and Institutional $1,200 per unit 900 per unit 1,200 per D.U.E. (D.U.E. = 280 GPD) Sewer Surcharge Single Family Multiple and Mobile Homes Commercial, Industrial and Institutional $ 500 per unit 375 per unit 500 per D.U.E. (D.U.E. = 280 GPD) Section 2: All portions of Section B in conflict with the above schedule of charges are repealed.
