Other bookings may be scheduled prior to and after <br />your use; you must adhere to the hours stated on your <br />application form. <br /> <br />Non-Pleasanton applicants (applicants residing outside <br />City limits of Pleasanton or organizations whose member- <br />ship is less than 75% Pleasanton residents) pay an <br />additional 30% basic fee and are automatically Priority <br />Group Four. <br /> <br />PRIORITY CLASSIFICATION OF GROUPS AND RENTAL FEES <br /> <br />Group One - Sponsored <br /> <br />Pleasanton Department of Recreation and Human Resources Programs. <br />No Charge. <br /> <br />Group Two - Co-Sponsored <br /> <br />Non-profit recreational organizations who are co-sponsored by the <br />City of Pleasant0n with open membership and having a primary purpose <br />of contributing to the field of recreation. No charge for meeting <br />room Monday through Thursday nights unless maintenance is required. <br />Each major organization is allowed one use of a facility for a major <br />activity or fund raiser during the calendar year at no cost unless <br />maintenance is required. All other use, other than adult social <br />activities is considered Group Three. Adult social activities are <br />considered Group Four. <br /> <br />Group Three - Sanctioned <br /> <br />Non-profit <br />membership <br />service to <br /> <br />service and other community organizations with open <br />whose scope and purpose are recognized primarily as a <br />the citizens of Pleasanton fall within Group Three for <br /> <br /> <br />
