III. <br /> <br /> A. <br /> <br />Recreation - Current Fees and Charges - Program, Facilities <br /> <br />FEE CLASSES - Each fee class is designed to attempt to return the <br />full cost of the instructor and materials plus return 30% overhead <br />for office support and program management. <br /> <br />Definitions: <br /> <br />Unit of Measure: The unit/hour cost was computed by determining <br />the length of the class (number of lessons times number of hours <br />per lesson) and dividing the total cost of the class per individual <br />by this number. <br /> <br />b.
