CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-242 APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 4551, PARKSIDE, CROCKER HOMES, INC. AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS a final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 4551, Parkside, Crocker Homes, Inc. have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, said map' and improvement plans were reviewed by City · Council at their meeting of September 23, 1980; and WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement was submitted to the City Council for review and approval; and WHEREAS, a Grant Deed from Crocker Homes, Inc. to the City of Pleasanton for public utilities and storm drain was presented for review and acceptance; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, a Quitclaim Deed from the City of Pleasanton to Crocker Homes, Inc. for the purpose of extinguishing surface entry rights and easements related to extraction of water was presented for review and approval by the counsel; and -/ a Quitclaim Deed from Crocke~ Homes, Inc.to the City of Pleasanton regarding'sdbterranean waters was presented for approval by the C.ity Council. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 4551, Parkside, Crocker Homes, Inc. are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: The Subdivision Agreement is approved and the appro- priate City officials are authorized to execute same. Section 3: The Quitclaim Deed from the City of Pleasanton to Crocker Homes, Inc. extinguishing surface entry rights and easements related to extraction of water is approved and the appropriate city officials are authorized to
