CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-242 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4551, PARKSIDE, CROCKER HOMES, INC. AND <br />ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br />Tract 4551, Parkside, Crocker Homes, Inc. have been <br />submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and <br />the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements <br />received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map' and improvement plans were reviewed by City · Council at their meeting of September 23, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement was submitted to the City <br /> Council for review and approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a Grant Deed from Crocker Homes, Inc. to the City of <br />Pleasanton for public utilities and storm drain was <br />presented for review and acceptance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a Quitclaim Deed from the City of Pleasanton to Crocker <br />Homes, Inc. for the purpose of extinguishing surface <br />entry rights and easements related to extraction of <br />water was presented for review and approval by the <br />counsel; and -/ <br /> <br />a Quitclaim Deed from Crocke~ Homes, Inc.to the City <br />of Pleasanton regarding'sdbterranean waters was presented <br />for approval by the C.ity Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4551, Parkside, Crocker Homes, Inc. are hereby <br /> approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Subdivision Agreement is approved and the appro- <br /> priate City officials are authorized to execute same. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Quitclaim Deed from the City of Pleasanton to <br /> Crocker Homes, Inc. extinguishing surface entry rights <br /> and easements related to extraction of water is approved <br /> and the appropriate city officials are authorized to <br /> <br /> <br />
