CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-275 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A ZONING CHANGE FOR A 2.54+ ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF FOOTgILL ROAD AND STONERIDGE DRIVE FROM C-F (COMMERCIAL FREEWAY) DISTRICT TO PUD-COMMERCIAL WHEREAS , the City Council, at its meeting of October 28, 1980, received a proposed negative declaration for a zoning change for a 2.54+ acre site located at the southeast corner of FoothilT Road and Stoneridge Drive from C-F (Commercial-Freeway) District to PUD-Commercial; and staff has determinedlthat the proposed zoning change is a project for the purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act; and WHEREAS, an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66 was prepared for the Project; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of October 28, 1980, also received that Initial Study dated August 29, 1980; and WHEREAS, each member of the City Council had a copy of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed Negative Declaration and Initial Study; and WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment, which had been published in "THE TIES", a newspaper of general circulation; and WHEREAS, the City Council is aware of the provisions of the City's Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation of projects and the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports as they pertain to requirements for Negative Declaration and Environmental Impact Reports. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council determines that the proposed zoning change for a 2.54+ acre site located at the southeast corner of Foothilr Road and Stoneridge Drive from C-F
