CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-272 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT DEED DATED August 26, <br />1980, FROM AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS FOR SANITARY <br />SEWER EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City is in receipt of an offer of dedication from <br />Amador Valley Investors, a General Partnership, of a <br />parcel of property for a sanitary sewer easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of October 28, 1980, <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this <br />dedication is in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The offer of dedication from Amador Valley Investors <br /> manifested in the Grant of Easement dated August 26, 1980 <br /> is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officials <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 28, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart ~R <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />i City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
