RESOLUTION NO. 80-271 <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-4, STONERIDGE CENTER, <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE SOUNDWALL <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />The City of Pleasanton has received public bids for <br />the construction of the Stoneridge Drive Soundwall in <br />Assessment District No. 1974-4, Stoneridge Center, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> The Engineer of Work has reviewed the bids and now <br />recommends award of the construction contract to the lowest <br />responsible bidder, SIERRA PRECAST, INC. whose bid is <br />$118,321.07. <br /> <br /> The City Council therefore awards the contract to <br />that bidder. <br /> <br /> The City Council authorizes and directs the Mayor and <br />the City Clerk to sign the written contract for this <br />construction when it is presented to them for signature, <br />along with the surety bonds and insurance certificates <br />required by the construction specifications. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was <br />duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular <br />meeting thereof, held on the 28th day of October, 1980, <br />by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br /> Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS - <br />COUNCILMEMBERS - <br />COUNCILMEMBERS - <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> Kephart <br /> <br />JAMES R.
