CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-268 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING CLAIMS OF LLOYD ANDERSON, TED <br />AND MARIA NIKOLAOU AND ATHANASIOS NIKOLAOU vs. <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton received three claims filed <br />on behalf of Lloyd Anderson, Ted and Maria Nikolaou <br />and Athanasios Nikolaou for injuries and damages <br />allegedlyincurred in an accident on March 2, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 14, 1980 the City Council reviewed the <br /> claims and determined that they should be denied. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claims presented by Lloyd Anderson, Ted and <br /> Maria Nikolaou, and Athanasios Nikolaou against the <br /> City of Pleasanton for injuries and damages allegedly <br /> incurred in an accident on March 2, 1980, are hereby <br /> denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 14, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> mes R.
