CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-265 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN PLAN FOR THE BANK <br />OF AMERICA BUILDING TO BE LOCATED AT 337 MAIN <br />STREET <br /> <br />~HEREAS, <br /> <br />on September 16, 1980 the Design Review Board approved <br />the revised plans for a new Bank of America building <br />proposed for 337 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the Initial Study <br />done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on <br /> the proposed environmental assessment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the plans as revised for <br /> the new Bank of America buildi~g~,o.~be located at <br /> 337 Main Street.., · <br /> <br />Section 2: This res-61ution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 14, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />H , City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
