CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-263 A RESOLUTION APPROV!NG GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS PURSUANT TO ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 14, 1980, the City Council reviewed proposed General Plan Amendments covering twenty (20) separate sites and the "Limit of Urbaniza- tion 1996"; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of October 14, 1980 also considered reports, together with attachments from the Director of Planning and Community Development regarding the proposed General Plan Amendments; and WHEREAS, the City Council determined that Negative Declarations were appropriate for the proposed General Plan Amend- ments and adopted Resolution Nos. 80-260, 80-261 and 80-262 approving the Negative Declarations; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing with respect to the General Plan Amendments at which time members of the public were offered the opportunity to address the City Council on said amendments; and WHEREAS, after the close of the public hearing the City Council deliberated upon the proposed amendments, considering the information set forth in the reports of the Director of Planning and attachments thereto, as well as the information contained in the initial studies leading to the Negative Declarations for said projects. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council approves the proposed General Plan Amendments to change the land use designations as enumerated on the attached Exhibit "A". Section 2: The City Council determines that this is one of the three times in 1980 that the land use element of the General Plan is amended as authorized by Government Code ~65631. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 14, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
