CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-294 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS OF YOUTH SPORTS PARK <br />PEASE III <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for the <br />Youth Sports Park, Phase Ill, has been completed by <br />Watkin & Bortolussi, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said improvements has been recommended <br />by the Director of Public Works and Utilities in his <br />report to the City Council dated November 18, 1980. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOL~0WS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the improvements of the Youth Sports Park Phase <br /> III are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: That the Finance Director be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $25,443.06 in favor of Watkin <br /> & Bortolussi, Inc. in satisfaction of the final progress <br /> payment for the work above described. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a Notice <br /> of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 25, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FO~I: <br /> <br />, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
