CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-291 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING <br />FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (RESOLUTION NO. 77-123) TO <br />ADD A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR FIELD USE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal <br />services for which fees and charges have been established <br />and compiled in Resolution No. 77-123; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Section III (Recreation) adding <br /> a schedule of fees for field use. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section III (Recreation) of the resolution establishing <br /> fees and charges for various municipal services (Resolution <br /> 77-123) is hereby amended by adding the schedule of fees <br /> for field use as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br /> and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 17, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers ~ Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~~ ~J~/ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> cE , M YOR <br /> mes R. ~alk Clerk <br />B D <br /> y oris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~'n~Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
