CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-285 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF VALLEY VOLUNTEER <br />BUREAU'S LEASE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF POLICE TRAINING <br />BUILDING <br /> <br />since 1977 the Valley Volunteer Bureau has leased the <br />Police Training Building located at 519 Kottinger Drive <br />from the City for use as office space; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the annual lease payment is $1.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the lease will expire on December 31, 1980 and the <br />Valley Volunteer Bureau requests approval to extend <br />that lease. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the extension'of the lease agreement between <br /> the Valley Volunteer Bureau and the City of Pleasanton <br /> for use of the Police Training Building located at 519 <br /> Kottinger Drive, for the term of January 1, 1981 through <br /> December 31, 1982. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 17, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers ~ Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> e e, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
