CITY DUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEi ~qTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-283 RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED UNDER THE FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 75-33, adopted on February 24, 1975, the City Council approved the Federal Aid Urban System and the urban boundaries depicted on the maps attached as Exhibit "A" to said resolution; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities reconmlended a revised list of projects to be completed in Pleasanton's five-year Federal Aid Urban System Program funded under the provisions of Section 142 of Title 23, United States Code, and the City Council approved said list by Reso- lution No. 80-10; and WHEREAS, the County of Alameda has requested the current City Council reaffirm this same list. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the following allocation of the City of Pleasanton's Federal Aid Urban System funds: 1. FY 80-81 West Las Positas Overcrossing 2. FY 81-82 West Las Positas Overcrossing 3. FY 82-83 West Las Positas Overcrossing 4. FY 83-84 West Las Positas Overcrossing 5. FY 84-85 Intersection of Foothill and West Las Positas Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
