CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-319 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF <br />NOVEMBER, 1980 IN THE AMOUNT OF $825,882.22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of December 23, 1980, a <br />check register and Financial Report were presented to the <br />City Council signifying expenditures for the month of <br />November, 1980; and <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 030076 through <br /> 030373, 150-152, 333-334, 546-547, 740-743 and 1136 <br /> dated from November 7, 1980 to December 3, 1980, in <br /> the total amount of $825,882.22 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated November 30, 1980,has <br /> been reviewed and approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 23, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br />~yDoris Geor~g~e, Deputy City Clerk <br /> James R. ~alke~r,~Ciy~Clerk ~ <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />in City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
