WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-316 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br />PREPARED AND FILED UNDER PROPOSAL OF CITY ORDINANCE <br />REGULATING THE USE OF CITY STREETS FOR GRAVEL TRUCKS <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided <br />proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report for the proposed ordinance; <br />and <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on <br />March 11, 1980 and held a public hearing upon the <br />Draft Environmental Impact Report; and <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report <br />from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons <br />having special expertise with respect to any environ- <br />mental impact involved, and other persons or organizations <br />having an interest in the proposed ordinance; and <br /> <br />the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br />and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />comments and recommendations received on the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br />City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided <br />proper public notice of completion of the Final <br />Environmental Impact Report for the proposed ordinances; <br />and <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on <br />October 14, 1980 and held a public hearing upon the <br />Final Environmental Impact Report; and <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton subsequently <br />had prepared a Supplement to the EIR, the Draft of which <br />was duly noticed; and <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments on the Draft Supplement to the EIR; and <br /> <br />the Final Supplement to the EIR has been prepared and <br />contains the Draft Supplement, comments and recommenda- <br />tions received on the Draft Supplement, and the responses <br />of the City of Pleasanton to significant environmental <br />points raised in the review and consultation process; and <br /> <br /> <br />
