CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-307 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND <br />APPROVING FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK ON <br />STONERIDGE DRIVE SIGNALS AND LIGHTING, <br />PROJECT NO. 1974-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Howard Electric, Inco performed in connection <br /> with the Stoneridge Drive signals and lighting, Project <br /> No. 1974-3, has progressed satisfactorily to the point <br /> at which Final Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the Finance Officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $8,868.67 in favor of Howard <br /> Electric, Inc. in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment <br /> for the work performed on the Hopyard-Stoneridge Drive <br /> signals and lighting, Project No. 1974-3. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 9, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br />None <br /> <br /> Councilmember Wood ~~. <br /> None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br />~W~lke~Clerk ~ETH MERCER, <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORML <br /> <br /> L~ine, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
