CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-305 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STORM DRAIN EASEMENTS FROM <br />HOWARD C. HANSEN and ANN MARIE MIX <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities recommending acceptance of a 15 <br />foot wide permanent storm drainage easement for the <br />purpose of constructing a storm drainage outfall for <br />the Ponderosa Homes Development (Tract 4432 and Tract <br />4738), located between Valley Avenue and Pleasanton <br />Canal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it was also reconmended that the Council accept a <br />10 foot wide temporary storm drainage easement for the <br />purpose of constructing a storm drainage system to <br />relieve flooding at the west end of Hansen Drive. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Authorizes acceptance of a grant Deed from Howard <br />Clemens Hansen and Ann Marie Mix to the City of Pleasanton <br />for a 15 ft. wide permanent storm drainage easement <br />located between Valley Avenue and Pleasanton canal. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2: Authorizes acceptance of a Grant Deed from Howard <br />Clemens Hansen and Ann Marie Mix to the City of Pleasanton <br />for a 10 ft. wide temporary storm drain easement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 9, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br />None ~~~ <br />Councilmember Wood <br />None <br /> <br /> R.
