CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-302 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF BRIAN SAMUELSON <br />vso CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton received a claim on October 27, <br />1980 filed on behalf of Brian Samuelson for injuries <br />allegedly incurred in an accident which occurred on <br />August 5, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 25, 1980, the City Council reviewed the <br /> claim and determined that it should be denied. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim presented on October 27, 1980 against the <br /> City of Pleasanton on behalf of Brian Samuelson for <br /> injuries allegedly incurred in an accident on August 5, <br /> 1980 is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 25, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> None ~~~ <br /> None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> s R.
